Terms of Service for FactoryPicks Global Wholesale


1. Platform Introduction


FactoryPicks is a factory-direct wholesale platform connecting global individual bulk buyers, retail resellers, import wholesalers with verified domestic manufacturers. All goods skip intermediate distributors to provide tiered bulk preferential prices. By browsing, registering accounts and placing orders on our site, you fully agree to the below terms.

2. Order & MOQ Rules


  1. Small personal bulk: Low minimum order quantity for individual buyers without business qualification, small air parcel shipping available.
  2. B2B Reseller & Importer: Tiered unit price discounts activate when order quantity reaches 50pcs, deeper discount for orders over 200pcs.
  3. Mixed bulk order support: You can combine different product categories in one shipment to meet MOQ requirements.
  4. All unit prices displayed on site exclude international shipping fees, customs duties and local import taxes.

3. Account & Buyer Identity


  • Personal buyer accounts: For self-use small batch purchases only, no large-scale resale commercial use.
  • B2B wholesale accounts: Business buyers can apply for exclusive account manager after placing 2 repeat bulk orders via msc0623@outlook.com, to obtain custom quotation & factory customization service.
  • You must provide accurate delivery country, contact information, shipping address when ordering; invalid address leading to loss shall be borne by buyer.

4. Pricing & Stock Statement


  • Product unit prices adjust dynamically following factory raw material cost fluctuation; locked preferential price is only valid for long-term cooperative monthly bulk clients.
  • All stock data is real-time factory warehouse inventory. If goods are out of stock after payment, email msc0623@outlook.com to switch similar items or apply full refund without extra fee.

5. Prohibited Behaviors


  • Resell our factory products at malicious ultra-low price to disrupt market; we reserve right to close buyer account.
  • Use our platform goods for illegal trade, prohibited import commodities in your country.
  • Frequent unmotivated order cancellation after factory production arrangement, we have right to restrict your bulk order discount eligibility.

6. Liability Limit


FactoryPicks only provides factory sourcing & logistics matching service. We are not liable for local import customs detention, import tax, local market sales loss caused by buyer’s own import qualification problems.
